The Applied Economic Policy course is offered to young officials (normally 25-35 years of age) with a university degree in economics or a related field and two or more years of professional experience in the public sector. The course is taught in English and all applicants must provide proof that their English language skills are sufficient to undertake a course of study in English.

Only one Applied Economic Policy course will be offered at the JVI in 2011 so all interested applicants should ensure that their application materials are submitted prior to the deadline. All forms should be returned to the JVI by registered post no later than January 28, 2011. Successful candidates will be notified by April 1, 2011.

The course will take place at the JVI from May 23-July 29 2011.
