Luka works at the JVI since December 2017, organizing courses and seminars presented by the IMF, Austrian Authorities, and various international organizations. He previously worked in the communications team at the Center of Excellence in Finance, an international organization based in Ljubljana, where he was managing digital communications and different outreach activities, such as correspondence with South-East European national coordinators and conducting value creation stories on program impact. Luka has a background in international relations from the University of Ljubljana.
