DESCRIPTION | The aim of the two-day webinar is to share experience from EU Member States Experts about the impact of inter-governmental agreements on Public Procurement. It will focus on public procurement and obligations deriving from the EU acquis, especially in such areas as fiscal sustainability, fair business environment, competition, environment standards, and transport and energy policies.

The second part of the webinar will be devoted to discussing the financial, social and economic costs and benefits of investments coming from such agreements, and exchanging experience when dealing with institutional investors.
