Arkadiy Chaykovskiy joined the JVI as a staff interpreter in April 2014. He had previously worked as a consultant interpreter and translator for government and corporate entities across a broad range of sectors, and a number of international institutions, most notably the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Since the early 1990s, he extensively travelled in the Caucasus and Central Asia Region on a full range of assignments, including technical assistance missions, training courses, program negotiations, regional and international conferences, top-level meetings, and provided interpretation services for the IMF/WB Annual and Spring Meetings. Arkadiy holds an MA degree in Translation and Interpretation from the Moscow Linguistic University where he also completed a post-graduate course in conference interpreting.
