New Staff Member: Alireza Alipour Tehrani

Alireza Alipour Tehrani joined the Joint Vienna Institute as an IT Officer in July 2026. He is a Systems and Network Engineer with more than seven years of experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, cybersecurity, virtualization, systems administration and user support. Before joining the JVI, Alireza worked as an IT Administrator in the IT Department of Tejarat Bank in Iran, where he supported and maintained IT infrastructure across more than 35 locations. His experience includes networking, server administration, virtualization, cybersecurity, backup, recovery, and business continuity. Alireza holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Mazandaran, Iran, and a range of professional IT certifications. He speaks English, German and Persian.
